This Privacy Policy explains how TTB GmbH (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German law.

2. Data Protection Officer

We are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and have not appointed one.

3. What data we process

We keep data collection to a minimum. The website only processes:

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication)
  • Recipients: only internal staff responsible for processing your request; service providers only if required for hosting/email delivery (see section 7)
  • Mandatory fields: only what is necessary to respond (typically email + message)

Retention

We store inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request. If the inquiry leads to a business relationship, we may store relevant communication as part of our business records for statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax law). Otherwise, we delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. No analytics / no advertising tracking

We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or profiling on this website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) request your consent.

7. Hosting, server logs & technical data

When you visit the site, technical data may be processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. This can include: IP address, date/time of access, requested page, browser information, and referrer URL. This data is typically stored in server log files.

Hosting provider: This website is hosted by Hostpoint, a third-party provider. The provider may process technical data on our behalf.

We do not intentionally transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. If any service provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

15. Recipients / processors
